Madeline is a writer, producer and the founder of Juniper Media. She got her start in television in Los Angeles, later moving to the nation’s capital in hopes of inspiring global change by working in progressive media campaigns and learning the ropes of international affairs as an assistant in the Africa Road and Rail division of the World Bank.
After 14 months in West Africa working for USAID and a small micro-finance NGO, she returned to the states to complete her masters International Affairs with a focus on human rights and media at The New School. Since then she has has produced news segments for MSNBC during her time with Melissa Harris-Perry, and NBC’s Early Today, as well as short documentary episodes for VICE Media’s first daily digital show, Daily VICE. Her editorial writing has been featured in Al Jazeera, France24, MSNBC, VICE, Teen Vogue, and other major outlets.
In 2019, she founded Juniper Media, harnessing the power of journalistic storytelling to create impact-driven media. Her company has helped brands like Indeed, Lyft, and Zendesk create award-winning media campaigns featuring real human stories to build brand trust and authenticity.
